Yes, the highchair is already in the cabin, you will need to provide your own pack n play.

- Drop offs or pick us can be done at end of dock only.
- Port of Kimberling is 10 minutes away with boat ramp and slip rentals.
- Caution pulling into a slip, underwater boat lift may be present and can cause damage to your boat!
Yes, a swim and fishing dock is available. Boat slips aren’t available for rentals and are private. Available to guests is the 10′ x 62′ swim deck with walk out stairs & ladder. Fish cleaning station available. The dock is passive solar as regulated by the Corp. of Engineers and only powers the lights on the dock.
No. We recommend you bring for small children. And follow all boater safety rules.
Yes, there will be boat/trailer parking.
No,begining 2026 we will no longer rent boats. Boat rentals can be made through Port of Kimberling or Hide Away Marina.
Yes, low shedding under 50 pound dogs are allowed in cabin 1,2,3,6,7, 8, 9, 13 & 16 only. Additional pet fees apply up to 2 pets. Ask before you book for rates.
There is no need to check-in. You will receive an email the day before your arrival with instructions with door codes so you can go directly to your cabin.

We provide bath towels for cabin use only and beach towels for our pool area only. Please bring your own beach towels for your day of boating or hanging out on the dock.
Yes a gas Weber grill is included at each cabin.
Our amenities are for paying guests. With prior approval and a $25.00 fee per guest you may have visitors. This means they can share a meal with you. They are not allowed to spend the night, swim in the pools or use our dock.
Fishing is allowed from the shore, dock, and boats.
Please, keep in mind: Any Missouri resident, 16 to 64 years old, and any non-resident, 16 and older, is required to purchase a valid Resident or Non-Resident Fishing Permit, whichever is applicable. You can get more information here: https://www.branson.com/fishing/licenses/
Yes, each of our cabins are beautifully decorated for Christmas!
Yes we have a 2 level salt water pool for your enjoyment. 2 whirlpool spa’s and a splash pad for the little ones. Open from May 15 to September 15th. Pools are for staying guests only. We are private to the resort.
There is a 24 hour vending machine for purchasing bags of ice located in front of our maintenance building that takes debit/credit cards.
Guest receives 100% less $75.00 cancellation fee when canceled at any time. Guest will be asked for alternate dates to move their reservations to a better date to avoid cancellation fees. We know life happens. When cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 75% (less $75.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
Yes, we have golf carts available for $65.00 a day. Call now to reserve they run out quickly. 417-501-0077. Golf cart intended use to take you to and from different areas of the resort. Children under 18 yrs of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. Golf carts are NOT to leave the resort for any reason.
Trs has installed an ENEL Way Juice Box 48 amp EV charging station on sight. ( On the little green building by the water tower.)
Guests can now charge at a rate up to 48 amps per hour or 11.5 KW using the standard SEA J1772 plug. Tesla owners will have to provide their own adapter to charge.
We are currently providing this service as an accommodation to guests driving EV’s to the resort. A typical full charge can be obtained in 5-6 hours at 240 volts and 48 amps from our level 2 charging station.
We simply ask our guests to share graciously when needed.
NO! Absolutely no fire works are allowed inside this resort. You will be asked to leave should the rules not be followed. This is for everyone in the areas saftey.
There are 3 large trash dumpsters located throughout the resort. Never leave your trash in front of dumpster. Please never be a litter bug! Trash cans are provided at the pools and pavilion area. Its recommended to take a trash bag with you to the dock. No can is provided at the dock to keep pests away.
